Front Desk Associate

Are you ready to make a difference in people’s lives while they are on vacation? As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and care for our guests. With our proximity to Siesta Key and the beaches, most of our guests are here on vacation, looking forward to a relaxing but busy stay.

This is either a part time (less than 30 hours) or full time position. It is available immediately. You must provide a resume that reflects similar customer service experience within the last 2 years, and a minimum of 1 year in that position.

We are searching for a reliable and knowledgeable person with customer service skills and previous experience in a similar setting to join our team. Previous sales experience is a plus. You will need to pass a background check prior to employment.

You should have knowledge of our immediate area and be ready to answer questions for our guests such as directions, recommendations and general inquiries about Siesta Key and Sarasota. You will be trained on how to check guests in to the hotel and out; how to operate our Property Management System; and other duties that you are responsible for during your shift. As a Best Western hotel, employees are also required to complete brand training requirements as well.
