Why the Drum Circle is a must see on Siesta Key and how to go
Best Western Concierge Corner
Who Plays?
Professional drummers, dancers with hula-hoops, children, adults, locals, and tourists comprise the drum circle on Siesta Key.
What is it?
The Siesta Key Drum Circle is not a commercial event. 20 years ago, this started as a spontaneous outburst of rhythm and dancing, and it stuck. Therefore, it is free to the public and simply meant to bring people together to celebrate the passing of another week.
Where & When?
Just south of the main pavilion, between lifeguard stations 3 and 4. Every Sunday evening, starting about an hour before sunset and continuing well into the evening. Great for families and friends. All are welcome!
